Every batch is closely controlled from collection until it becomes raw material that meets standards, ready for our customers' production lines.
Step 01Buying and transporting materials
Huynh Hoang Minh has invested in a fleet of trucks of various load capacities and many specialized vehicles, so that we can collect and transport many kinds of non-ferrous metal in large volumes. Our buying team always surveys the site in person and accurately assesses the quality, quantity and type of material before offering a fair, transparent and competitive price.
With a professional transport process, we make sure materials are collected quickly, safely and on schedule for customers across the country.
Step 02Receiving and unloading
Once materials arrive at our warehouse, every load is received under a strictly controlled procedure.
Huynh Hoang Minh has many forklifts, machines and specialized equipment of different sizes to handle goods in all kinds of packaging. Metal loading ramps also let forklifts drive straight into containers, cutting loading and unloading time and making operations more efficient.
Every batch is checked, each jumbo bag is numbered, staff are assigned to it and stock is managed through a systematic process to ensure accuracy at every stage.

Testing is a crucial step that determines the quality and value of incoming materials.
Huynh Hoang Minh's experienced technicians and inspectors use modern equipment such as X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysers and laser spectrometers to determine the composition of each metal precisely. This lets us always offer purchase prices that are fair, transparent and close to the true value of every material.

After testing, materials are sorted into groups by composition, purity and recyclability.
Besides modern supporting equipment, our experienced technicians also sort by hand to ensure the highest accuracy. Careful sorting raises the quality of the material before it goes on to processing and recycling.

To guarantee the quality of our output, Huynh Hoang Minh uses modern atomic emission spectrometers with an accuracy of up to 10 ppm.

Cutting, baling, packing and sizing are all carried out so that manufacturers can feed the material straight into their production lines, saving time and optimizing production costs.
